  I cannot speak highly enough of my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience under the tutelage of Gus "Bomba" Toledo. Being in my early 40's now and coming from an extensive sporting and martial arts background, I can honestly say that, in comparison, Bomba's classes are one of the best activities I have undertaken for developing my fitness. BJJ can be very challenging, yet the classes here are always a lot of fun, learning, laughter and loud music. As a person who is interested in self-development and being a 'better man than yesterday', I can honestly say that joining this club has been one of the best things I have done for me in a long time. You simply won't find a better place to train IMO and the family atmosphere and friendship are the cherry on top for mine.The environment is incredibly supportive and friendly and I found myself welcomed by everyone (Brazillian barbecue and beer after 'rolling' anyone?). There is so much talent and ability on the mat and all of the other students help and teach you each night. I will be putting my 2 little girls in Bomba's kids classes in the next year or so, as the benefits to them will be numerous. In a nutshell, BJJ at BTT with Bomba is an enjoyably challenging experience with great physical, mental and social benefits and I haven't even mentioned how incredibly dynamic and potent the martial art is. Simply an awe-inspiring martial art in every respect and a great place to practice it!
