  The process so far has been fantastic. Naturally, I am the type of person to over think and 'stress' over the possibilities/things that can go wrong, so I've really appreciated having all my questions answered quickly, without being made to feel silly or a burden for asking too many questions. I've found the level of communication from the start to be really open and constant, and I've never felt "out of the loop" which is a good feeling!

  No words can describe how grateful I am to Gold Property Partners! They went above and beyond to get me into my first home when the builder decided to change their mind on my handover date the day before! I can’t thank them enough for what they did and would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a new home. I didn’t know anything about building and they made the process so much easier and stress free. They answered all of my crazy questions and were there for me every step of the way. Forever thankful!

  As a current client building a custom home with gold property I can’t thank them enough. From the initial meeting to completion gold property have continued to exceed my highest expectations in every aspect.   I reviewed Gold Property Partners almost two years ago with 5 stars and I can say that they have maintained those 5 stars without a doubt. Two years after the completion of our home and where most companies wash their hands after the project completion, Gold Property Partners answer the phone happily and keen to help out. In an event unrelated to any of their work they provided advice and service beyond what I have words for. I cannot recommend their services enough!
