  I thought about not doing this review due to the circumstances i thought it might be a little tacky being a funeral but then i thought what if this happened to someone else ... so here we go.
  I was a guest at a funeral for my Mother In law and this place just turned a sad day into a distressing day.
  The Building the service was carried out in was just an old house they had taken the walls out and painted.. Look tired and sterile and a little bit like "nannas" front room.
  The ladies uniforms where an off white and had obviously been washed thousands of times and looked tired and old as did there hats.
  The ladies themselves although nice didn't seem to know what they were doing, didn't seem to be a person in charge or "leading" the team and they just "milled around" falling over each other.
  Then came the nightmare!
  First they couldn't get the song to play at the start it cut in and out in and out they changed laptops tried again this didn't work and they then plugged an IPHONE in to play the song. After the song played they left the Iphone plugged in and the speakers on so the entire time speeches were happening all you could hear was static coming through the speakers..
  Then came what to the family was the most important part, the 5 min video with her fav songs showing all her happy memories that the family had worked very hard putting together.
  Well the couldn't get the video to play and fumbled around letting the song play (cutting in and out) whilst trying to get the video to play all the guests looking horrified. In the end the grieving husband stood up upset and told them to cut it all as this was embarrassing. The lady with the microphone then proclaimed that "some things in life you just cant help" .. speaking about technical issues that well could have been sorted prior to the event.... :some things in life you just cant help... at a funeral....
  The final straw was when we all went outside to have tea and cake we then a fello on a motorbike arrive to push through the guests to enter the white lady office to maybe organised or pay for something....
